Well, I’ll begin my story then.
It is said that in life, friends come and go, for this we need to be prepared that we may lose friends we dear, and meet new friends. And in near past, a very good friend of mine got promoted. He is transferred to regional office in Pontianak, a city in West Kalimantan.
The truth is, that I couldn’t decide whether I had to be sad or happy. It was a happy news knowing that he got promoted, but in the same time, it was a sad news that he must continue his own journey without us. He is a good person, though. He rarely got mad when we mocked him, and he smiled when we ate his snacks. Ack, we weren’t good enough to be his friends, are we? 😀
This is a great loss for me, actually, for he is like a big brother to me. A master of Business Law from UGM but low profile, purple lover, I can say nothing but farewell and wish you a good luck in your new office. Gosh, you are an echelon now, mas Abbas! Just keep the hard work, like you usually do. Godspeed!
